Ask DentalForce from ChatGPT, Grok, and more — now in pilot

DentalForce is opening a new way to staff a practice and find work: ask the AI assistant you already use.

We have launched an MCP server — Model Context Protocol — so assistants such as ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot can talk to DentalForce on your behalf. That means searching jobs, filling last-minute shifts, and reviewing matches in plain language, without bouncing to another app.

What this looks like

A practice manager might type “Post a RDH shift for tomorrow, 8 to 4 — any professional who can cover it” and confirm the posting in the same chat. A professional might ask “What shifts are open near me this weekend?” and book from there. You stay signed in as yourself. Confirmation still matters before anything is posted or booked.
